Resort Access & Security

Villa Maida is located within Casa de Campo Resort, one of the Caribbean's most prestigious private residential resorts, offering 24-hour security.

All guests must complete the mandatory resort registration process.

The resort registration fee, payable directly to Casa de Campo, is:

• USD 30 per day per adult (ages 13 and over)
• USD 15 per day per child (ages 4–12)
• Free for children under 4

Copies of all guests' passports must be sent by email at least one week before arrival to complete registration and obtain the resort access code.

House Rules & Guest Registration

To ensure a pleasant and well-organized stay, guests must comply with the villa's rental conditions.

• All guests must be registered before arrival.
• Passport copies must be provided by email.
• A rental agreement containing the villa's rules and conditions must be signed after booking.
• Smoking is not permitted inside the villa (USD 200 penalty).
• Events and parties are not permitted without prior written authorization.
• Outside visitors must be notified at least 48 hours in advance.

The complete rental agreement will be sent by email following the reservation confirmation.

Mandatory Additional Charges Payable Upon Arrival

The following charges are mandatory and must be paid upon arrival:

1. Villa Operations & Maintenance Fee

• USD 25 per day

This daily fee covers:

• Maintenance and management of bed linens and towels throughout the stay
• Ongoing property supervision
• Coordination of technical assistance when necessary, including air conditioning, electricity, and other maintenance issues
• General operational support and assistance during the stay

2. Golf Cart Fuel

• USD 50 per golf cart per stay
• Total for the two included golf carts: USD 100 per stay

3. Golf Cart Insurance

• USD 5 per golf cart per day
• Total for the two included golf carts: USD 10 per day

Important: Although the two golf carts are included in the villa rental, they may only be used after the mandatory fuel and insurance charges have been paid.

These charges are fixed and mandatory regardless of individual use of the services.
