All guests are required to register at the Clubhouse.
The resort registration fee, payable directly to Casa de Campo, is:

- Free for children under 4
To obtain the resort access code, copies of all guests’ passports must be provided at least one week prior to arrival.
House Rules
- Smoking is not permitted inside the villa (USD 200 penalty)
- Events are not permitted
- Outside visitors must be notified at least 48 hours in advance
Mandatory Additional Charges Payable Before Check-Out
- Daily villa operations and maintenance fee: USD 25 per day
- Golf cart fuel: USD 50 (one-time charge)
- Golf cart insurance: USD 5 per day
The daily operations fee includes:
- Maintenance of bed linens and towels throughout the stay
- Ongoing supervision of the property
- Coordination of technical assistance when needed (air conditioning, electricity, etc.)
- General operational support and assistance with any issues that may arise
These charges are fixed and mandatory for all stays, regardless of individual use of the services.
