Truly top-notch service!! We stayed at Casa de Campo and didn’t lack for a single thing!! A stunning villa equipped with every comfort: Wendy was incredibly helpful; she provided us with a high-quality car, a beautiful cart, and a warm welcome when we arrived. For any issues, you can count on RD Assistance. Their advice was also very helpful for our excursions! Thank you, and see you soon!!
RD Assistance is really a fantastic company! They provide wonderful service, right on time and for every type of customer. They supplied me and my family with many different services: I booked a wonderful villa with them and when I arrived at the airport they organized the transfer (a driver was already there waiting for us). In the villa we found fruit and amenities and also the carrito we booked. The accommodation was clean and luxurious. We had a private chef. RD team speak Italian, English, Spanish and Portuguese. Ms Wendy is fantastic, I called her many times and she provided professional and quick solutions to all my requests. Her team is nice and polite and I would warmly recommend to book with them if you are planning a stay in Dominican Republic.
RD Assistance’s service is on another level. The team is kind, helpful, and always available for whatever you need. And the villas… simply spectacular! Clean, comfortable, and fully equipped.
