All guests must register at the Clubhouse.

Resort access fee (paid directly to Casa de Campo):

• USD 30 per day per adult (13+)

• USD 15 per day per child (4–12)

• Free for children under 4 years old

Copies of all guests’ passports must be sent at least 7 days before arrival.

📜 House Rules

• Smoking inside the villa is prohibited (USD 200 fine)

• Events are not allowed

• Only one small dog is permitted

• External guests allowed only with prior notice (48 hours)

💲 Mandatory Operational Costs (to be paid before check-out)

• Daily villa operation and maintenance service: USD 25 per day

• Golf cart fuel: USD 50 (one-time payment)

• Golf cart insurance: USD 5 per day

The operational fee includes:

– Change and maintenance of bed linens and towels during the stay

– Continuous property supervision

– Coordination and management of technical assistance (air conditioning, electricity, etc.)

– Operational support and issue resolution

These costs are fixed, mandatory, and apply to the entire stay regardless of the individual use of the services.

📄 After the Reservation

After the reservation is confirmed:

• You will receive by email the contract containing the list of all additional costs, which must be completed and returned signed for acceptance.

• One week before arrival, you will be asked by email to provide copies of all guests’ passports, mandatory for resort access.

• A credit card will be requested in the contract as a guarantee for the use of the golf cart.

• You will always receive by email the entry instructions for the country, useful information for booking excursions, and the complete list of what you will find in the villa upon arrival.
