• Staff: A housekeeper and a cook are at your service. A butler, available for an additional fee, can prepare exclusive cocktails upon request.

• ·       1 used gasoline golf cart, accommodating up to 4 passengers

🛡Security and Access

The resort offers 24-hour security service.

All guests must register at the Clubhouse.

The resort access fee must be paid directly to the complex and is charged per person, per day:

·       USD 30 / adult (13 years and older)

·       USD 15 / children (ages 4 to 12)

·       Free – children under 4 years old

It is mandatory to send passport copies at least one week prior to arrival in order to receive the resort access code.

·       Smoking inside the villa is strictly prohibited – USD 200 fine

·       Events are not allowed

·       Small dogs are allowed, maximum one per stay

·       Any external guests must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance to allow access to the resort

💲 Additional Costs and Extra Services

·       Baby cribs available upon request: USD 35

·       Private in-villa massages available upon request and at an additional cost

·       Laundry and ironing service: USD 25 per person

·       Lost villa key: USD 100

·       Lost safe key: USD 150

·       Rental of an electric golf cart through an external agency: USD 50 per day electricity surcharge

·       Grocery shopping service: 15% of the receipt, or a minimum of USD 25

·       Car rental: wide selection of vehicles available, viewable directly on our website

·       Included golf cart: if used free of charge, USD 50 is required for a full tank, or it must be returned with a full tank, plus USD 5 per day for mandatory insurance

·       If bringing private external staff, the use of the service staff sleeping area and the washer/dryer by unauthorized personnel is strictly prohibited

·       Staff working hours: 08:30 AM – 04:00 PM

Night service is available at a cost of USD 100 per day, payable the same day directly to the staff. If unpaid, the amount will be charged to the credit card including local taxes.

·       • For the use of the golf cart, it is delivered with a full tank or you pay $50 for gas and $5 for insurance per day.

Useful Information for Your Stay

The resort covers a very large area; to move around comfortably, we recommend renting a golf cart or a car.

The stay includes one gasoline golf cart with a maximum capacity of 4 people.

For additional golf carts or vehicles, you may contact us directly or book through our website.

Thanks to the exclusive RD Assistance service, vehicles will be ready upon your arrival.

We also recommend entrusting us with your airport transfers: our drivers are carefully selected, drive safely, and are authorized to access the resort directly.

🚗 Airport Transfers

·       Punta Cana / Santo Domingo:

USD 120 per one-way transfer up to 5 people

Additional passengers: USD 40 each

·       La Romana:

USD 50 up to 4 people

Additional passengers: USD 15 each

Prices may increase for:

·       night service (9:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

·       particularly bulky luggage or baby seats, which must be declared at the time of request

Contract, Payments, and Documentation

Approximately 10 days prior to arrival, you will receive via email a mandatory contract to be signed and returned, including:

·       all additional costs listed above

·       golf cart insurance

·       a credit card guarantee for any damages or expenses not paid in cash before departure

Credit card payments are subject to local taxes, equal to:

·       10% legal tax

·       18% VAT

To access the resort, it is mandatory to provide passport details of all guests via email. Without this information, access will not be authorized.

A few days before departure, you will receive a detailed guide with all useful information:

entry procedures for the country and resort, registration details, flight information, and a full description of the villa.

Please inform us of any dietary requirements, allergies, or vegetarian/vegan preferences.

All additional services may be requested during the stay and settled at departure.

Finally, you will receive the official registration document required for resort access.
