The exclusive complex features 24-hour security, allowing our guests to register at the clubhouse upon arrival to ensure a safe stay. For this reason, we require copies of passports one week prior to your arrival to receive a registration entry code.
Guests will need to pay the complex directly a fee of $25 per day for adults and $12 per day for children. This fee grants access to all free common areas:
- Beach: where you will have towels, umbrellas, loungers, and access to both an adult pool and a children’s pool.
- Youth area: equipped with PlayStation, basketball, ping pong, foosball, billiards, and a giant checkers set for standing play.
- Various pools in common areas, except for the hotel pool, which will not provide towels.
- Altos de Chavón: where you will find typical restaurants, an amphitheater, and a wonderful view of the river, perfect for sipping wine in the evening breeze.
We recommend booking golf carts or a car for your stay, as the complex is quite large and it’s more comfortable to get around. Road assistance is here to help you with any needs, making every request a priority.
