The villa accommodates up to 8 guests and is just a five-minute golf cart ride from Minitas Beach and an eight-minute ride from the Casa de Campo Marina, offering panoramic views of the golf course.

The villa is entirely on one level and features the following:

• Four air-conditioned suites with walk-in closets, high ceilings, ceiling fans, and private bathrooms. The sleeping arrangements include two king beds and four queen beds.
• Two spacious living rooms with views of the pool.
• Two dining rooms overlooking the pool and garden.
• A separate TV room with air conditioning.
• A super-modern kitchen with an American-style refrigerator, a water cooler for 5-gallon bottles, and a BBQ.

• Staff: A maid and a cook are included. A butler is available at an additional cost.
• 1 gas-powered golf cart is included for use during your stay.
• Two complimentary transfers from the airports of Punta Cana, Santo Domingo, or La Romana during your stay.

Security and Access

The exclusive complex offers 24/7 security services. Guests are required to register at the clubhouse for a safe and secure stay. Copies of passports must be submitted a week before arrival to receive an access code.

Additional Costs

• Staff hours are from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM. An extra fee applies for evening service.
• Laundry and ironing services incur a daily charge of $25, payable at the end of the stay.
• Guests must pay the complex a fee of $25 per day for adults and $12 per day for children. This fee grants access to all common areas, including: Beach: Includes towels, umbrellas, lounge chairs, and access to pools for adults and children.
• Youth recreational area: Features PlayStation, basketball, ping pong, foosball, and giant checkers.
• Other pools: Access to several pools in the common areas (excluding the hotel pool, which does not provide towels).

Useful Tips

The resort is expansive, so booking a golf cart or car for transportation is recommended. Thanks to our RD Assistance service, everything will be ready for your arrival. Please note that only one 4-seater gas-powered golf cart is included in the price.

Before Your Stay

1. You will receive a contract for the golf cart's guarantee. As a company, we prioritize safety, and our golf carts include basic insurance to cover minor inconveniences during your vacation. Passport details are required to access the complex. Without them, entry is not possible.

• A file will be provided, detailing the documents needed for entry into the country and the resort, how to register, flight details, and information about what to expect in the villa. This will help you pack light and travel stress-free. Let us know of any dietary requirements, such as allergies or preferences for vegetarian or vegan options.
• Additional services can be requested and paid for at the end of your stay.
