Security & Access

The exclusive resort provides 24/7 security. Guests can register at the Casa Club to ensure a safe stay. One week prior to arrival, guests must send passport copies in order to receive an access code.

The resort is very large, so we recommend booking a golf cart or car for easy transportation. Thanks to our RD Assistance service, everything will be arranged before your arrival. Please note that one 4-seater gasoline golf cart is included in your stay.

Before Your Trip

1 – You will receive a contract covering the golf cart guarantee. As a company, we prioritize safety, and our golf carts include basic insurance to protect against minor issues that may occur during your vacation. We will also request passport information to complete your resort access registration—entry is not possible without these details.

2 – You will receive a file explaining all required documents for entering the country and the resort, how to register, and your flight information. We remind you that we include two transportation services from Punta Cana, Santo Domingo, or La Romana airports. You will also receive useful information about what is available in the villa, so you can pack light and travel stress-free.

Please provide dietary information for any guests with allergies or specific dietary preferences such as vegetarian or vegan.

Any additional service can be requested at any time and paid conveniently at the end of your stay.

3 – Finally, you will receive the official resort entry registration document.
