The villa features 4 spacious master bedrooms with high ceilings, air conditioning, and ceiling fans, all with views of the pool. There is a magnificent living room with a dining area that will enhance your days with wonderful drinks offered by our butler and accompanied by exquisite dishes selected by the chef.

The exclusive complex with 24-hour security will allow our guests to register at the Casa Club upon entry to ensure the highest level of security during their stay. For this reason, we require passport copies one week prior to your arrival to receive an entry registration code.

Guests will need to pay the complex directly a fee of $25 per day for adults and $12 per day for children. This fee grants access to all complimentary common areas:

– **Beach:** Includes towels, umbrellas, lounge chairs, and access to an adult pool and a children’s pool.

– **Teen Lounge Area:** Features PlayStation, basketball, ping pong, foosball, billiards, and a giant checkers game to play standing up.

– **Various Pools:** Several common area pools (except the hotel pool) which do not provide towels.

– **Altos de Chavón:** Enjoy typical restaurants, an amphitheater, and a stunning river view. Relax with a glass of wine while enjoying the beautiful night breeze.
