Villa Chiara is an elegant villa that can accommodate up to 8 people. It is located just three minutes by golf cart from Minitas beach and five minutes from the Marina of Casa de Campo, offering a panoramic view of the golf course. The four suites provide greater privacy and are equipped with air conditioning, ceiling fans, large wardrobes, and private bathrooms with showers.

The bright living room, furnished with comfortable sofas, connects directly to the pool and the hydromassage area, surrounded by a garden. There is also a TV area with a flat-screen TV, separate from the bedrooms and living area, overlooking the pool. The villa features a large dining room and a full-time hospitality team consisting of a housekeeper and a cook. Upon request, we can also provide a butler service. The villa is equipped with Wi-Fi and a gas-powered golf cart (a full tank will be included and must be returned full).

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

The exclusive complex with 24-hour security allows our guests to register at the clubhouse for a secure stay. Therefore, copies of passports are required one week prior to arrival to receive an access code.

Guests will need to pay directly to the complex a fee of $25 per day for adults and $12 per day for children, which grants access to all free common areas:

– Beach: equipped with towels, umbrellas, loungers, and access to both an adult pool and a children’s pool

– Youth area: with PlayStation, basketball, ping pong, foosball, billiards, and a giant checkers set

– Various pools in common areas, except for the hotel pool, which does not provide towels

– Altos de Chavón: featuring typical restaurants, an amphitheater, and a spectacular view of the river, perfect for enjoying a glass of wine with the evening breeze
