Security deposit: If you break something, you can be charged up to $1,000.00 (one thousand US dollars), the deposit is made by credit card

Additional rules

Smoking is not allowed in the rooms, there is a daily rate of the complex that is not included. The CHECK-IN process, must stop at the main entrance of the resort to register the access pass for guests, their names will be pre-registered, but they must leave a credit card for the extras and the daily fee for guests which is 25usd per adult and 15usd for juniors. According to the new security policy of the resort you must send a copy of the passport of all guests before their arrival.

The staff works from 08.00 to 16.00 every day, if you need them to stay later you will have to pay for the extra time and their transport back home. ( 500 pesos or 12 usd ).

The main living room is equipped with fans, the air conditioning is in the bedrooms.

The rental of the golf cart is an additional service for those who want it delivered directly to the villa.
