  The apartment cleaning service is provided twice a week, while towels and sheets are changed once a week. In any case, the apartment is equipped with towels and linen reserve. Eventuality the complex has its own laundry service for a fee

  Non-smoking apartment. Absolutely no smoking allowed inside the apartment.
  Private club: being the structure reserved for owners and guests it is strictly forbidden without regular prior authorization to enter and host unregistered guests
  The agreed prices are inclusive of Light and use of all the non-paid facilities of the complex, such as swimming pools, access to beach and pier loungers, beach towels. The other paid services of the complex are excluded as SPA, Restaurants and Bars, excursions and more.
