Resort Security & Access

Casa de Campo Resort provides 24-hour security service.

All guests must register at the Clubhouse.

The resort access fee, payable directly to Casa de Campo, is:

• USD 30 per day per adult (ages 13 and up)
• USD 15 per day per child (ages 4–12)
• Free for children under 4

Passport copies for all guests must be submitted at least one week prior to arrival in order to receive the resort access code.

House Rules

• No smoking inside the villa (USD 200 fine)
• Events are not permitted
• One small dog allowed (maximum one per stay)
• External visitors must be notified at least 48 hours in advance to arrange resort access

Contract, Payments & Documentation

Approximately 10 days prior to arrival, you will receive the mandatory contract by email, including:

Credit card payments are subject to local taxes:

• 10% legal tax
• 18% VAT

For resort access, passport details for all guests must be provided by email. Without this information, access cannot be authorized.

A few days before departure, you will receive a detailed guide with helpful information, including entry procedures, resort registration, and full villa details.

Please let us know in advance about any dietary requirements, allergies, or vegetarian/vegan preferences.

All additional services can be requested during the stay and settled at departure.

You will also receive the official registration document required for resort access.
